The Laughing Pear is available to hire Monday – Sunday after 4pm.
We have a sit down capacity of 55 and room for 75 guests for a buffet.
Our hire fee is £50 per hour and typically we hire the venue for between 2-3 hours but we can accommodate any other length of time. This hire fee will give you exclusive use of our the barn and provide you with 2 members of staff to look after you and your guests.
Our venue is perfect for hosting baby showers, birthday’s and other celebrations.
